Cancellation Policy
Video calls are scheduled by appointment only through the online booking system available on this website. After completing the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and connection details for the call. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information when booking, as all communications regarding the appointment will be sent to the email address provided. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are kindly requested to do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made using the link included in the confirmation email or by contacting us at info@italianlegalassistance.com . If you do not attend the scheduled call without prior notice, we may limit the possibility of booking further free introductory consultations. Italian Legal Assistance reserves the right to reschedule an appointment if necessary due to professional commitments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative time will be offered as soon as possible.
